Affable and gentle staff, incredible service.

Had fantastic stay overall, pleasant place and the weather was beautiful. The room I booked was always kept clean and available with comfortable bed, exceptionable views from two balconies and balconies. Even the Honolulu airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away.

Location was perfect, staff was kind, views were awesome. The pool was nice. The hotel was close to the lovely beach and close to restaurants and bars. Food in the poolside restaurant was good!

It was really comfortable 16 days, would definitely go back. The staff was obliging, top location, had a great breakfast. The beds were good. The service was superb, just like I expected.

We enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. We had queen room with a huge TV, nice views, for instance.

Absolutely beautiful personnel, great pool plus small garden. Privileged location to a petting zoo. Our room with exceptionable views from two balconies was basic double.

Fairly clean place, knowledgeable staff, absolutely perfect location. Most of the time food was nice especially during the buffet breakfast. I loved the family room I was given. The atmosphere created here was family. Lively hotel, great service.

Liked this hotel, had decent experience. Breakfast was free, the bed was fine, the staff was always available. Brilliant location, within walking distance of duke kahanamoku statue. Pleasant view of garden. Incredible pool area too:)))

Breakfast was satisfactory and the team was very knowledgeable. King room was separate with comfy beds. There were the shops and the markets around the hotel. Beachfront restaurant and poolside bar were on site...

The bathroom was not clean.

Staff was EXCEPTIONAL yet not intrusive. Relaxing base for city break in Honolulu.
